How we take your Signage Project from Concept to Completion

Site Survey

As all Signage that we make is bespoke, we offer a Signage Survey for large-scale projects. For each Survey, our National Signage & Projects Team will visit your site to determine the type of Signs you need, the optimum sizes and materials for the given environment, and the fixings and fixtures required.

Our National Signage & Projects Team is led by Gareth Walton, who has over 15 years of experience in the Signage Industry and is SMSTS: Site Safety Plus accredited. As our National Projects and Signage Team is fully mobile, we can provide UK-Wide Signage Surveys. Just last week, our National Projects and Signage Team was on the road completing high-level Signage Surveys in Slough for one of our Hospitality Sector clients.

Bespoke Signage Design

Our National Signage & Projects Team will record all their findings during the Site Survey and build a Signage Specification. Our Graphic Design Team will then produce bespoke digital artworks according to this Specification. Once each artwork is complete, our Graphic Design Team will send you these digital artworks for your approval.

This approval process ensures that we can provide the right kind of signs every time, adhere to your corporate branding and safety guidelines, and prevent unnecessary material waste.

Once you have approved these artworks, your Signs will be brought to life!

Precision Printing

At our dedicated Signage Manufacturing Centre, we use market-leading Mimaki and Kongsberg Technology to produce high-quality Signage every time. This machinery utilises Caldera colour-matching technology for complete colour consistency for your branding and messaging.

Our digital suite also allows us to print and finish with precision using a range of materials – from wood to mirror! Recently, we produced a range of Modular Post and Panel Signage Systems, Direct Printed Signage and Fabricated 3D Letters for Service Express – to support them with their national rebranding project.

We always use high-quality materials and finishes selected for their longevity, such as UV-protected coatings and anti-graffiti complexes. These specialist finishes protect your Signage, extending the lifecycle of your graphics.

Once your Signs have been custom-made with our digital suite, our Production Team give your Signs a final Quality Check before the items are prepared for delivery. As all our Signage is made in-house, we can ensure rapid lead times.

Installation

We also provide an Installation Service for all large-scale Signage Projects, which includes Transportation of the Signs to Site, as well as the Install itself.

Our Installation Team are trained to be sympathetic to the given environment. Recently, we designed, manufactured, and installed Station Signage for the Grade II listed Llandovery Train Station in Wales.

From the point of Site Survey through to Installation, we tailored the process to ensure that no additional mechanical fixings would be required, to help preserve this heritage Site.
